    You don't need to worry about carrying your shopping bags anymore, we will do it for you.

    The Shop and Store service is complimentary.
    The Shop and Drop service for deliveries will be charged - including delivery to AlRayyan Hotel connected to the Mall of Qatar or to a vehicle prior to departure.

    The Hands-Free Premium Service is not available at the moment, we will keep you updated on the progress.

    Registration:

    The Service eligibility form must be filled in at the customer service desk with your details upon arrival and should specify which Service you require. The following details should be provided on the registration form: Name, QID number, telephone number and email address.

    Also provide Delivery Address (for Hands-Free Premium Service), Parking Location and Exit Point from the Mall (for Shop and Drop Service).

    Terms & Conditions:

    The Promoter reserves the right to not accept any shopping item, including food, beverages, perishable items, groceries items, flowers, delicate or breakable objects, prescription drugs, money or cash, jewellery, precious metals and watches, personal belongings, live animals and any items that are illegal under Qatari Law.

    All customers' shopping bags must be sealed at the point of purchase by the selling party in the presence of the customer. The Promoter reserves the right to decline the acceptance or collection of any bag that is not sealed or where the seal is broken. The weight of each shopping delivery bag shall not exceed 5 kg.

    Shopping bags not delivered within 10 days will be disposed of according to the Mall of Qatar's Lost and Found Policy.

    The Promoter will aim to deliver to the customer's Shop and Drop shopping bags within 15 minutes, after the customer contacts the Mall of Qatar's Customer Service team. The Promoter cannot guarantee this delivery time and does not accept liability in the event of any delay. Partial delivery of items from one delivery bag is not permitted.

    The Promoter accepts no responsibility should injury or accident occur because of the Service and is not responsible nor liable for the loss of, or damage to, any bag collected and delivered as part of the Service.

    The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Service at any time without notice. Terms and Conditions may be updated and can be provided to customers using the Service.

    The Promoter collects personal information in providing the Service and may,for this purpose, send promotional marketing including sending electronic messages or SMS to the customer, unless the customer opts out of this on registration. If you would like to read our privacy statement, click here
