1- The promoter is Mall of Qatar W.L.L, a company incorporated and registered pursuant to the laws of the state of Qatar, with company registration number 58883 and having its principal place of business at P.O. Box 24235 Doha, Qatar

2- The contest is open to residents of the State of Qatar only, aged 13 years and above.

3- Mall of Qatar employees and their first-degree relatives cannot participate in this contest.

4- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.

5- The participant has read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this contest.

6- Participation in the contest is via Mall of Qatar Instagram page.

7- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

8- The closing date for participation is 6 April 11:59PM. No entries after this date will be considered.

The rules of the contest and how to participate are as follows:

a. Participants must submit their photos on contest@mallofqatar.com.qa

b. The photos must be related to the latest theme announced on Instagram.

c. Participant must submit their Full name, phone number, email ID and Instagram profile link.

d. Dimensions of image: 1080x1920 px (Landscape)

e. Each participant must submit 1 photo as per the theme.

f. Pictures taken from the internet or Al will be rejected automatically.

g. First winner will receive 500 QAR Mall of Qatar Gift Card.

h. First, second and third winners will get a chance to be featured on Mall of Qatar giant Oasis screens.

i. Each winners’ photos will be displayed on Mall of Qatar giant Oasis screens for two weeks.

j. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Winner selection criteria

k. Nine best photos will be initially verified and shortlisted by Mall of Qatar, and then put up for voting on Instagram from all eligible entries received.

l. One Instagram profile can vote one time. Multiple comments from the same profile will not be counted.
The winner will be notified by email and/or via direct message on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only be contacted by Mall of Qatar. If the winner cannot be reached or doesn’t claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Mall of Qatar reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose another winner.
Mall of Qatar will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

9- Mall of Qatar will select the winners on 9 April 2024.

10- The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State of Qatar.

11- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name to be posted on Mall of Qatar social media for the announcement. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with current State of Qatar data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

12- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Mall of Qatar and or its agents and not to any other party.

13- Mall of Qatar shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions.

14- Mall of Qatar also reserves the right to cancel the contest if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the contest will be communicated to the participants as soon as possible by Mall of Qatar.
