• Mall of Qatar “Shop Safe & Win Big” Campaign is valid from March 27th to May 13th 2026.
• (x1) Raffle coupon will be issued for minimum of QAR 200 spent at any store in Mall of Qatar.
• Customers may redeem their receipts with coupons from the Customer Services Desks and “Shop Safe & Win Big” Counters at Mall of Qatar.
• Customers must present the original and valid QID/passport to register for the raffle draw.
• Purchase receipts can be combined from various retailers to make up the amount to enter the raffle draw.
• Only participants aged 18 years and above should be eligible to register their details in the system and receive coupons.
• Parents may choose to write their child’s name on the detachable coupon stub placed inside the raffle box, however the mobile number written must be the same number registered at the Help Desk during the entry process.

Draw Dates:

• April 16th at 6:00 PM: 1st winner will be awarded QAR 25,000 Gift Card, and 3 winners will each receive one gift card worth QAR 15,000, and 4 winners will each receive one gift card worth QAR 5,000.
• April 23rd at 6:00 PM: 1st winner will be awarded QAR 25,000 Gift Card, and 3 winners will each receive one gift card worth QAR 15,000, and 4 winners will each receive one gift card worth QAR 5,000.
• May 14th at 6:00 PM: 1st winner will be awarded QAR 75,000 Gift Card, and 2 winners will each receive one gift card worth QAR 25,000, and 4 winners will each receive one gift card worth QAR 10,000, and 5 winners will each receive one gift card worth QAR 5,000.

• Coupons are non-transferable, and prizes must be claimed by the stated coupon holder only.
• Prize must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date.
• The Prizes are not permitted to be exchanged for cash.
• All winning coupons will undergo verification.
• If a participant refunds any portion of the receipt linked to a winning coupon, whether partial or full, the prize associated with that coupon will be cancelled.
• The winners must collect the final letter of Prize handover issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Qatar. Then, the letter must be submitted to Mall of Qatar management to collect the Prize.
• The winners must present the original raffle coupon counterfoil along with valid original QID/passport to claim the prize.
• Mall of Qatar is not responsible for lost coupons, whether inside or outside the mall.
• In cases where an entry mistake occurs and the customer receives more coupons than their eligible entitlement, it remains the participant’s responsibility to review the coupons issued.
• If the participant wins using an extra coupon issued due to an error, verification will determine whether the winning coupon falls within the correct eligible sequence. If not, the prize will be cancelled.
• Winners will be contacted using the information provided on their raffle coupon.

• This campaign excludes exchange shops, money transfer companies, telecommunications companies, clinics, and other services, including but not limited to: Al-Dar Exchange, Al-Fardan Exchange, Tawfiq Travel, beIN Sports, Galaxy Fun Cars, Joury Tours & Travel, Ooredoo, Qatar International Islamic Bank, Qatar Islamic Bank, Qatar National Bank, SAC Clinics, Vodafone, wholesalers, and traders in general. Any invoices resulting from wholesale purchases from the mall are not eligible.
• The above terms and conditions apply solely to the “Shop Safe & Win Big” campaign within the specified timeframe.
• Mall of Qatar Mall Management staff, staff of all stores and related families are not permitted to participate in the raffle draw.
• The campaign shall not be considered a promise of any financial or other profit or gifts for coupon holders.
• Mall of Qatar reserves the right to amend these rules after the approval of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
• Participation in the raffle draw indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Mall of Qatar also reserves the right to cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice, after approval from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
