These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the offer organized by Qatar Airways and Mall of Qatar.
The offer
This offer is valid for Qatar Airways Privilege Club members (“Privilege Club Members”) who have:
Newly linked their payment card to their Privilege Club membership account and made their first purchase at Mall of Qatar using the same card;
or
Already linked their payment card to their Privilege Club membership account and made their first purchase at Mall of Qatar using the same card during the Offer Period.
This offer is valid at eligible retailers and restaurants at Mall of Qatar.
This offer is valid for a transaction made from 15th August 2025 to 15th September 2025 (the “Offer Period”). Any purchases made before or after the Offer Period will not qualify for this offer.
The minimum spend to qualify for the offer is QAR 250 per transaction at any participating merchant at Mall of Qatar. Privilege Club Members will earn a one-time bonus of 300 Avios. Purchases below this amount will not earn any bonus Avios.
Privilege Club Members will earn:
1 Avios for every QAR 4 spent on eligible purchases; and
A one-time bonus 300 Avios for their first transaction at Mall of Qatar.
Bonus Avios will be credited to the participating Privilege Club Member’s account after the returns period (in accordance with Mall of Qatar’s policy) has passed, which can take up to 30 days.
General Terms and Conditions
Once Avios are credited to Privilege Club Members’ accounts, they cannot be reversed.
The benefits granted under this offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refunded.
All Avios awarded under this offer will be subject to the Privilege Club Terms & Conditions (the “Privilege Club Terms and Conditions”).
Qatar Airways and Mall of Qatar reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
Privilege Club Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment card details are up to date and accurate on their Privilege Club membership account. Qatar Airways and Mall of Qatar are not liable for any errors or delays in crediting Avios due to incorrect or outdated card information.
Privilege Club Members are responsible for verifying the eligibility of their purchases and the amount of Avios earned. Qatar Airways and Mall of Qatar are not liable for any disputes or claims arising from this offer.
Qatar Airways reserves the right to refuse to award any Avios under this offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud. Qatar Airways reserves the right to remove any Avios and close any Privilege Club account in accordance with the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions. Qatar Airways shall not be liable to Privilege Club Members for any financial loss resulting from refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the offer, or any failure or inability of Privilege Club Members to benefit from the offer.
All decisions made by Qatar Airways and Mall of Qatar with respect to any matter relating to this offer shall be final. Qatar Airways and Mall of Qatar reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions and terminate or otherwise amend this offer for any reason at any time without prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.
Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalized terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the offer and shall supplement the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions applicable to Privilege Club program. In particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
