Terms and Conditions for CLO – Shopping campaign

The following shopping campaign has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways Privilege Club members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”) and is provided by CLO Partners - Collective (“Partners”). The terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that apply to this shopping campaign are:

1. Period of Promotion
   1. This shopping campaign is available to Members during the period 01/11/2025 at 00:01 (Doha local time) to 30/11/2025 at 23:59 (Doha local time) only (the “Period of Promotion”).
2. Shopping campaign Details

• Members will earn 25% bonus Avios on all eligible transactions made at the participating merchants during the shopping campaign period.
• The offer is valid only for transactions made at the participating partners located in Qatar.
• Bonus Avios will be credited to the Member’s account in addition to the base Avios earned, subject to verification of eligible transactions.
• Only transactions settled during the shopping campaign period and tracked through the linked card will be considered eligible.
• Doha Bank Qatar Airways co-brand credit card Members will receive an additional 25% bonus Avios when they use their linked co-brand credit card for the purchase at the participating merchants during the shopping campaign period.

3. General
   1. Avios will be credited to Member’s account within 60 days after the purchase date.
   2. Once Avios are credited to Member’s account, the transaction cannot be reversed.
   3. The shopping campaign may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher.
   4. The benefits granted by the shopping campaign cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refundable.
   5. Partner and/or Qatar Airways reserve the right to refuse to award any Avios points under the shopping campaign in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
   6. Partner and/or Qatar Airways reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions and terminate or otherwise amend the shopping campaign for any reason at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Partner and/or Qatar Airways with respect to any matter relating to this shopping campaign shall be final.
   7. Partner and/or Qatar Airways will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the shopping campaign, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the shopping campaign.
   8. These Terms and Conditions apply to the shopping campaign and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club program. In Particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
   9. By participating in the shopping campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
   10. For any assistance related to the shopping campaign, Members may raise a request here.
   11. For any claim regarding missing Avios, Members may raise their request here.
   12. All Avios awarded under this shopping campaign will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
   13. Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
