The “Grand Winter Sale & Rewards” campaign shall run from January 1st until January 30th, 2026, and no participation shall be considered valid outside this specified period.
The customer is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon for every QAR 200 or more spent at any of the stores within Mall of Qatar, based exclusively on original receipts issued during the campaign period.
Only individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older are eligible to register their details in the system and receive raffle coupons.
Parents or legal guardians may insert their child’s name on the detachable coupon stub placed in the raffle box; however, the mobile number recorded must be identical to the number registered at the Help Desk during the entry process.
Customers may redeem their purchase receipts for raffle coupons at the Customer Service desks or at the designated “Grand Winter Sale & Rewards” campaign booths inside the mall, in accordance with the procedures approved solely by Mall of Qatar’s management.
As a fundamental condition for participating in the raffle draws, the shopper must present a valid Qatari ID or original passport to verify the validity of participation and register it accordingly.
All winning coupons shall be subject to verification to confirm compliance with the campaign’s eligibility requirements.
In the event that a participant requests or processes a refund, whether partial or full of any receipt associated with a winning coupon, the prize linked to such coupon shall be automatically cancelled, without any liability on the part of the campaign organizer.
In cases where an entry error occurs resulting in a participant receiving more raffle coupons than their actual entitlement (for example, a receipt amount of QAR 1,000 being mistakenly entered as QAR 10,000), the participant remains solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the number of coupons issued.
If a participant wins a prize using an excess coupon issued as a result of such error, the following shall apply:
Shoppers may combine multiple receipts from different stores within the mall to reach the qualifying amount needed to obtain a raffle coupon, provided the receipts meet the campaign conditions and are issued within the campaign period.
Accordingly, the total prizes are: Two (2) JETOUR G700 – 2026.
Raffle coupons are non-transferable under any circumstances, and the prize must be collected only by the coupon holder, upon verification of identity.
Winners must notify Mall of Qatar and complete all prize-collection procedures within thirty (30) days from the date of the draw. Failure to comply constitutes a final and irrevocable waiver of the prize, without any responsibility on Mall of Qatar.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
To collect the prize, the customer must present a valid Qatari ID or an original passport.
Mall of Qatar shall not be held responsible for any lost or misplaced coupon, whether inside or outside the mall, including parking areas and loading zones.
Winners will be contacted based on the information and details provided on the raffle coupon, and the participant shall bear full responsibility for the accuracy of such information.
The following entities are excluded from the campaign, including—but not limited to—exchange houses, money-transfer companies, telecommunications companies, clinics, and other service providers, such as: Al Dar Exchange, Al Fardan Exchange, Tawfeeq Travel, beIN Sports, Galaxy Fun Cars, Jouri Travel & Tourism, Ooredoo, Qatar International Islamic Bank, Qatar Islamic Bank, Qatar National Bank, SAC Clinics, Vodafone.
Receipts related to wholesale purchases or purchases intended for resale are also not eligible for raffle coupons.
The above terms and conditions apply exclusively to the “Grand Winter Sale & Rewards” campaign during the specified campaign period.
Employees of Mall of Qatar, employees of the stores inside the mall, and their first-degree relatives are not permitted to participate in the raffles.
Prizes shall be awarded in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, and in line with the procedures approved by Mall of Qatar.
Participation in the “Grand Winter Sale & Rewards” campaign does not guarantee any monetary gain or prize, as winning is subject solely to the outcome of the raffle draws conducted under approved procedures.
Mall of Qatar reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions upon approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and any amendment shall become effective upon official approval.
