1. Avios can only be collected by Qatar Airways Privilege Club members.
2. Privilege Club Members are eligible to earn Avios in accordance with the Linking of payment cards to Privilege Club accounts Terms and Conditions when using the Registered Card to make a “Qualifying Purchase”.

4. Qatar Airways Privilege Club Members must link/register their debit/credit/prepaid cards (Visa or Mastercard only) on Qatar Airways platform. https://clo.qatarairways.com/ (excluding Mall of Qatar Gift Card)
5. Privilege Club Members can link up to 5 eligible Cards of each brand (Visa or Mastercard)
6. To collect Avios, Privilege Club Members must purchase a minimum of 50 QAR at Mall of Qatar stores using one of their linked/registered credit/debit card in stores that are part of the program.
7. Avios will be credited to the member's account after 30 days from the date of purchase excluding purchases that are done in restaurants & cafés.
8. Members will collect 1 Avios for every 4 QAR spent at Mall of Qatar.
9. Privilege Club Members can also use their collected Avios to redeem within the enrolled stores.
10. Privilege Club Members should have sufficient balance with a minimum of 3000 Avios for redemption.
11. Paying by Avios for any transaction is not refundable.
12. In case of returning the items bought, the Avios will be deducted from your account.
13. Mall of Qatar reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms of this program/offer at any time without prior notice after MOCI approval.
14. Mall of Qatar is not responsible for any disputes arising from the accumulation or redemption of Avios through this program or any downtime in Qatar Airways system.
15. Qatar Airways is responsible for delivery, standard, quality, safety, use, suitability, defect of any Avios collection or spend.

17. If Qatar Airways, Loyalty Solution or the Payment Service Provider has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provided is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, your registration may be suspended.
18. By enrolling in this program/offer you are accepting that Mall of Qatar retain and use your personal and transactional data for marketing purposes.
