• Mall of Qatar ‘Shop & Win” Campaign is valid from October 16th to December 30th, 2024.

• (x1) Raffle coupon will be issued for minimum of QAR 200 spent at any store in Mall of Qatar.

• Customers may redeem their receipts with coupons from the Customer Services Desks located at East Gate 2 and West Gate 2 at Mall of Qatar.

• Customers must present the original and valid QID/passport to register for the raffle draw.

• Purchase receipts can be combined from various retailers to make up the amount to enter the raffle draw.

• Draw date:

o November 14th at 7:00pm: 1 winner will be awarded a white Defender 110 2.0i4 S 300PS – 2024

o December 11th at 7:00pm: 1 winner will be awarded a black Defender 110 2.0i4 S 300PS – 2024

o December 31st at 7:00pm: 1 winner will be awarded a white Defender 110 2.0i4 S 300PS – 2024

• Coupons are not transferable, and prizes must be claimed only by the stated coupon holder.

• The winners can receive their prizes from Mall of Qatar after 2 weeks from the raffle draw date.

• The winning coupon will be canceled if it is linked to a refund after the purchase.

• The Prizes are not permitted to be exchanged for cash.

• The winners must collect the final letter of Prize handover issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Qatar. Then, the letter must be submitted to Mall of Qatar management to collect the Prize.

• The winners must present the original raffle coupon counterfoil along with valid original QID/passport to claim the prize.

• Mall of Qatar is not responsible for the loss of the coupon, whether inside or outside the mall.

• The winner will be contacted via the contact details and information provided in the raffle coupon.

• Money exchange, bank transactions, telecommunications, Clinics, and other services are excluded from this promotion, which includes the following stores: Al Dar for Exchange Works, Al Fardan Exchange, Al Tawfeeq Travels, beIN Sports, DHL, Doha Bank, Galaxy Fun Cars, Joury Tours and Travel, Ooredoo, Qatar Airways, Qatar International Islamic Bank, Qatar Islamic Bank, Qatar National Bank, SAC Polyclinic, Vodafone, RP Tech.

• The above terms and conditions apply solely to the “Shop &Win” campaign within the timeframe specified in it.

• Mall of Qatar Mall Management staff, staff of all stores and related families are not permitted to participate in the raffle draw.

• The “Shop & Win” campaign shall not be considered as a promise to obtain any financial or otherwise profits or gifts for the coupon holders.

• Mall of Qatar reserves the right to amend these rules after the approval of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.

• Entry into the promotion indicates acceptance of these rules.
